Nash Joseph Fayad

Nash Joseph Fayad is the Founder and President of Fayad Law, P.C. He was born on June 2, 1966, in Lebanon, the oldest of three children. In 1986, Mr. Fayad earned a scholarship to the prestigious Russian People’s Friendship University in Moscow, Russia, where he received his Bachelor of Arts & Master of Laws Degrees with Honors in 1992. From 1992 to 1998, he attended the Institute of States and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and in June of 1998, he received his Ph.D. in Jurisprudence with Honors from the Academy with a specialty in International Human Rights Law.

Scott Caslow

Scott Caslow obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with a double major in Foreign Affairs and French Language. He then attended the University of Richmond School of Law where he took on several internships and clinics in a diverse array of fields including with the Federal Trade Commission, the Richmond International Business Clinic, and several private litigation firms. Scott’s fascination with international affairs began at 10 years old when he and his family moved to the south of France for a time. He has had a lifelong love of learning new languages and about new cultures ever since.

Dariel Cancel

Dariel Cancel is the head of the EOIR Division at Fayad Law, P.C. He has extensive experience advocating for individuals in removal proceedings in immigration courts across the United States including Florida, Pennsylvania, California, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, New York, Maryland, and Virginia. He has secured numerous successful outcomes for clients seeking asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, reopening of proceedings, custody redeterminations, and adjustment of status in court.

Patricia Wonder

Patricia Wonder obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with a double major in Foreign Affairs and French Language. Maria Crespo Santa Cruz

Nicole Cruz Lopez

Nicole Cruz is an Immigration Attorney licensed in the District of Columbia with a J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, where she graduated with honors. Originally from Puerto Rico, she holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Agricultural Economics from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. While in law school, Nicole worked for the Department of Justice, supporting both the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) unit and the Office of Immigration Litigation (OIL), and previously interned at the Office of Tax and Revenue. Her experience includes legal work in nonprofit and housing law through her clinic work and a deep commitment to public service. Nicole speaks Spanish, English, and Russian, and is passionate about using immigration law as a tool for social impact and advocacy.
